Founder
Michael George
Prior to founding Raspail Partners in 2024 Michael was President of Keel Harbour Capital, another Capital Advisory firm. From 2009 to 2018 Michael served as a Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group ('Fortress') with responsibility for the firm's largest LP relationships. Prior to Fortress, Michael spent 10 years with Deutsche Bank where he was a Managing Director in the Institutional Client Group. Michael started his career in 1986 at Lehman Brothers where he co-headed the Mortgage-Backed Securities Trading area until 1999. Michael graduated from St. Catherine's College, Cambridge University with an undergraduate degree in Engineering Science and a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science.

Anastasia
Tavoulareas
Anastasia has marketing experience across all alternative assets, working with fund managers to optimize their sales strategies. She has in-depth experience in creating investor presentations and sales pitches, private placement memorandums, due diligence questionnaires and white paper memorandums. In addition, she has experience working on pitch preparations curated for individual investors, having worked with over 25 different fund managers over the last 5 years. Strategies included venture, private debt, private equity, real estate and infrastructure.
Anastasia started her career at Goldman Sachs in Equity Derivatives and was later an on-air reporter for a CBS-owned affiliate broadcast throughout the tri-state area. Anastasia previously ran project management for Keel Harbour Capital, a placement agent, managing 6-10 projects simultaneously in various stages of the capital raising process.
Anastasia received her BA with honors in Political Science from Yale University and holds a MA in International Relations from Columbia University.

Pang
Elaine Pang brings over thirty years of financial services experience in management, sales, and operations. Elaine began her career at Drexel Burnham Lambert, and had various roles at bulge bracket financial institutions including UBS, Kidder Peabody and Deutsche Bank. During her distinguished career, Elaine has been based in major financial hubs around the world including New York, Hong Kong and London.
Elaine has BA from LaSalle University in Philadelphia where she also serves on the Board of Trustees. Elaine holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
